Construction Foreman
Job Description
A working-foreman role, this position will be responsible for leading operations and overseeing workers on job sites to ensure the safe and timely completion of projects. Ideal candidates will be effective communicators with a deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes.
Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
- Read project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Create and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the crew
- Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Delegate responsibilities and tasks to crew members, contractors, and other workers according to priorities and plans
- Emphasize safe use of all tools and equipment and enforce the proper use of PPE
- Manage employees to ensure the project is kept on schedule
- Advanced knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
- In-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices
- Experience in a supervisory role with proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good physical condition and stamina
Additional Information
