Are you good with numbers? West Sound Workforce is assisting an independent, locally owned bank with a commitment to contribution, sustainability, and building long-term relationships in seeking a Deposit Support Specialist to assist their Operational Services Team from their west Bremerton branch.
After completing a structured training, this back-office position will be responsible for performing deposit servicing functions including data entry, research, and phone support. Deposit Support Specialists work extensively within the customer database and Microsoft Office programs to verify, process, and review information for new accounts. Successful candidates will be comfortable with technology, have a passion for problem solving, and have a strong sense of accountability.

What you will do as a Deposit Support Specialist:
- Reconcile, research, and resolve deposit accounts
- Process daily charge backs
- Review and verify new accounts
- Process and sort outgoing mail
- Support retail staff with data entry tasks
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service and clerical experience
- Previous experience in banking or financial services industries is preferred
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to balance a cash drawer or experience reconciling accounts
