  • Maintain organized office systems and records; assist appraisers with report preparation and related administrative tasks
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal questions and day-to-day workflow coordination
What we are looking for:
  • Prior office manager or administrative experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a small team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable learning and using office systems and technology
  • Familiarity with real estate appraisal, property management, or related industry experience is helpful but not required
