Project Coordinator
Job Description
Reporting from their Poulsbo office, as Project Coordinator you’ll be the hub between clients, estimators, and field crews; keeping projects organized and running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll manage project files, track leads, support safety compliance, and provide updates to clients and the team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a growing company that truly values its people.
Shift information:
- Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Coordinate project handoffs between estimators and field crews, tracking leads and maintaining project files
- Support recruiting efforts and team updates, keeping staff informed of project needs and client feedback
- Manage safety and compliance documentation, including SDS distribution, hazard analysis tracking, and incident reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across projects
- Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, or office/operations support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Tech-savvy enough to manage project files, emails, and basic social media posting
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on excellent client experiences

Additional Information
