West Sound Workforce is assisting a Poulsbo-based furniture manufacturer focused on sustainability, environmentalism, and using locally sourced products in hiring Welders to join their production team. This is a long-standing company that believes there is dignity in building with your hands and strives to create functional and soulful designs that meet their customers needs.
As a welder, you will uphold their quality standards by creating beautiful and seamless welds on steel components. If you are a good communicator, are dependable, and are looking for a company who truly values your hard work and dedication, we would love to hear from you.

Position levels:
MIG Welders start at: $20.90/hr
MIG and TIG Welders start at: $23.15/hr
Swing shift: $1 differential in addition to the starting rate
What you will do:
- Use appropriate techniques to weld component parts
- Grind steel assemblies for cosmetic fixes
- Assist in jig and fixture set up
- Properly maintain equipment as needed
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience with MIG welding, TIG experience is a plus
- A high attention to detail and ability to produce quality work
- Excitement and passion for your craft
- Reliability and strong communication skills
