Customer Service Representatives
Job Description
West Sound Workforce is assisting a non-profit community-based transportation service in seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their Bremerton call center. As the model for providing quality coordinated services across nine counties, this company is committed to meeting the needs of those they serve.
Fielding in-bound calls only, as a Customer Service Representative you will cordially interact with callers to schedule, modify, or cancel transportation services or coordinate service deliveries. A positive upbeat phone presence, strong listening skills, and comfort with basic data entry tasks are necessary.
No in-person customer contact, no-outbound calls, and no weekends! If you are looking for that transition position, where you can enhance and build on your skills, this is it!
Shift Information:
- Part time
- Monday-Friday
- 4-hour shifts scheduled between 8am-5pm
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Assess customer needs and ask clarifying questions
- Accurately enter caller information into database to schedule services
- Provide complete and accurate information to customers
- Other related tasks as requested
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
- Attentive listening skills and comfort communicating over the phone
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
