Outside Sales Representative
Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will work within a territory that spans Castle Rock, WA to Portland, OR, maintaining an existing customer base as well as prospecting new customers and generating leads. Focusing on commercial customers, this position will address pain points and identify solutions that lead to lasting relationships. This is an amazing opportunity to grow a lucrative sales territory.
Commission structure:
- Commission ranges 10% to 30% of gross profit sold above minimum requirements
- First year eligibility if sales exceed first year base of $60K
- Full commission after first year
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
- Educate customers on how products and services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Sell company products to customers within sales territory
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales experience
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
