Office Assistant
Job Description
Reporting to the Office Manager, this position serves as the first point of contact for customers and clients, providing friendly and professional support both over the phone and in person. Key responsibilities include handling general front office tasks, performing data entry, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Success in this role requires strong multitasking abilities and confidence in communicating with a diverse client base.
Shift information:
- Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
- Full time/Part time options available
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage typical office duties such as filing, organizing, and keeping the workspace tidy
- Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, movers, and other team members in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications with accurate typing abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with a variety of clients and colleagues
- A positive, professional demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations confidently and tactfully
Additional Information
