Job Description
West Sound Workforce is seeking an outgoing and creative sales professional to join a dynamic team as an Account Executive of a small but innovative company making waves in their industry. Serving the greater Puget Sound area for over 20 years, this company has forged strong relationships within their communities and is a respected resource in their field.
Reporting to the CEO, this Account Executive position will be a proactive and curious member of the sales team, identifying growth opportunities. You are a fit when you bring your passion and energy to interact with clients, showcase solutions to pain points for organizations, and foster new partnerships.
Your enthusiasm and assertive approach will be crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Shift information:
- Part-time, flexible
- Monday-Friday
What you will do as Account Executive:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain new business partnerships
- Execute door-to-door and phone sales activity on a daily basis
- Consistently set meetings and connect with potential new clients through a variety of methods
- Collaborate with team members to align client needs with company offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development and/or account management
- Comfort and enjoyment interacting with people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, team members and the community
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, databases, etc.
- Eager and energetic attitude focused on driving results and achieving targets
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and innovative environment
