Administrative Assistant III
Job Description
The Administrative Associate III will support the Routed Division by coordinating processes, programs, and projects to ensure smooth operations. Reporting to a department administrator, you will handle document processing, scheduling activities like training and vehicle maintenance, and assisting with customer service tasks. The role also includes tracking reports and claims, with an emphasis on effective follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency along with outstanding communication skills.
Shift information:
- Full time, 8 hours/day
- Monday-Friday
- Onsite
- Provide information to others regarding assigned programs and operations; serving as a liaison between the department and other employees
- Update processes and internal policies to ensure efficiencies and consistency in application, coordinate outreach events
- Take minutes at various project and vendor meetings; working with various contractors and vendors; state and federal agencies
- Composes a variety of correspondence, memos, reports, agendas, and minutes; reviews and checks documents, records, and forms for accuracy and completeness
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of increasingly responsible administrative/technical office support experience
- Demonstrated experience with records maintenance, document processing, and financial record keeping
- Advanced technical proficiency and experience with office software, databases, and spread sheets in a Microsoft Office environment
- Exceptional time management skills
