Recruiter
Job Description
Reporting to the HR team, this hands-on recruiter role covers the full recruiting lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and outreach to onboarding and candidate experience. While traditional recruiting experience is not required, we are seeking someone who is organized, comfortable analyzing and aggregating information, and eager to develop recruiting skills. This is a unique opportunity to shape hiring processes in a people-focused, innovative, and sustainable company.
Shift information:
- Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
- Manage the full recruiting cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Represent the company externally, sharing its story, culture, and values with candidates through outreach, career fairs, events, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, nurturing the talent pool for current and future opportunities
- Partner with managers to understand role requirements and implement efficient, inclusive, and data-informed hiring processes
- Support and improve recruiting workflows, including HR software and Paycom processes, while collaborating across teams to enhance engagement and learning
- Previous administrative, office, or operational support experience preferred; prior recruiting experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable learning and navigating HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to improve recruiting processes and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional, personable, and able to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive and professional attitude

Additional Information
