Assistant Site Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Site Manager, this role involves maintaining operational excellence of the facility, consulting with customers, and selling storage services. You will also provide essential support to the virtual sites and Main Office. The ideal candidate will have a knack for operational support with exceptional hospitality skills.

Shift Information:
- Part time, Tuesday – Saturday
- Manage the entire in-person facility as back up for Site Manager, ensuring a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment
- Answer phone calls promptly to generate leads and assist with inquiries
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency at virtual sites; manage security devices – cameras, gates, fences
- Complete all necessary paperwork for renting storage units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Travel to virtual sites, as needed, to provide support for customers and vendors
- Previous experience as a property manager, leasing consultant, or similar role
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and comfort with MS Office products
- Current WA State driver’s license
