West Sound Workforce is assisting a respected Bremerton-based nonprofit organization in seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Infant and Toddler Program (ITP). For over 60 years, this organization has been a cornerstone in Kitsap and Mason counties, providing essential services and life-changing support for individuals with disabilities. Reporting to the Program Director, the BCBA provides individualized, behavior-analytic interventions for children from birth to three years old, working within a collaborative medical and educational model. This is a full-time, W-2 position offering guaranteed hours, flexible scheduling, a supportive multi-disciplinary team, and a true emphasis on work-life balance.

Shift information:
  • Full time
  • Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
What you will do as a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst:
  • Conduct assessments, write developmentally appropriate goals, and develop individualized autism service plans (IASPs) using a family-centered, culturally responsive approach
  • Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavior intervention programs, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of educators, therapists, and medical providers
  • Provide parent and staff training to support skill development, behavior management, and generalization of therapeutic gains into home and community settings
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring effective session structure, skill development, and professional growth
  • Maintain professional certification and licensing requirements, actively participating in continuing education, safety, and cultural awareness trainings
What we are looking for:
  • Current BCBA Certification, Washington State Behavior Analyst License
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; experience with infants and toddlers, early childhood special education, or early intervention services preferred
  • Strong foundation in applied behavior analysis (ABA), child development, and culturally responsive family-centered care; familiarity with IFSP processes and special education regulations is a plus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and creating reports, data graphs, and documentation
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills
