We’re looking for a Business Development Representative ready to build lasting client relationships, open new opportunities, and help local businesses thrive. You’ll be the friendly, professional face and voice of West Sound Workforce, helping employers solve workforce challenges while empowering people to find meaningful work close to home.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with employers who need workforce solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner
- Present West Sound Workforce’s staffing and recruiting services with confidence
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and celebrate client successes
- Represent the company at networking events, tradeshows, and community gatherings
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to deliver exceptional service and results
- Track progress, meet sales goals, and enjoy the rewards of your achievements
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in sales, account management, recruiting, or staffing industry experience
- Strong interpersonal skills — people feel heard and valued when they speak with you
- Confidence in cold-calling, prospecting, and starting new conversations
- Positive, can-do attitude and determination to succeed
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Team-focused approach that contributes to a collaborative, rewarding workplace

Additional Information
