Job Description
An established wealth management firm in Pierce County is seeking a warm and energetic Client Relationship Manager. This is not a sales role, but service-oriented, and you'll need superb communication and people skills- think gracious, gregarious, articulate! What you'll do:
- Manage client account service and maintenance requirements including investment trading and cash management
- Coordinate private wealth client reviews and quarterly investment reporting for plan trustees
- Understand and articulate financial markets, economic conditions, retirement plan regulations, and other various planning topics
- Deliver educational and enrollment PowerPoint presentations to retirement plan participant groups
- Meet one-on-one with retirement plan participants to review and make changes to their accounts
- Utilize MoneyGuidePro for client financial planning analysis
- Analyze participant asset allocation, contribution rate, and projected retirement income to assess overall retirement readiness
- Respond to plan trustee and participant inquiries
- Proactively meet administrative and logistical requirements of retirement plan clients
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Five or more years' industry experience, preferably as CSM in financial services, broker-dealer is a big plus!
- Securities licenses, i.E., Series 6, 7, 65
- Knowledge of retirement plans and Wirehouse
- Preferred- further certification, i.E., CFP, CPA, AIF
