Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Reporting to the call center supervisor, this role focuses on providing exceptional customer service by fielding inbound calls to schedule, modify, or cancel transportation services. A friendly and upbeat phone presence, strong listening skills, and accurate data entry abilities are essential. If you’re looking for a great opportunity to build on your customer service skills without outbound calls, in-person customer interactions, or weekend shifts, this could be the perfect fit!
Shift Information:
- Part-time, Monday–Friday
- 4-hour shifts scheduled between 8 AM – 5 PM
- Answer incoming calls with a professional and helpful demeanor
- Assess customer needs and ask clarifying questions
- Accurately enter caller information into the database to schedule services
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
