Escrow Closer
Job Description
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Escrow Closer is responsible for managing real estate escrow transactions from start to finish. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle multiple priorities, maintain clear communication with all parties, and ensure accurate, compliant closings. Shift Information:
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Onsite
- Review purchase agreements, lender instructions, and related documents to determine escrow requirements and ensure clear title
- Prepare, assemble, and review closing and escrow documents, statements, and final title policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Establish and maintain escrow accounts, calculate prorations, disburse funds, and close escrow transactions
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties to guide the closing process and answer questions
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Strong financial, documentation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Skilled in problem solving, decision making, and managing multiple priorities
- Effective teamwork, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
