West Sound Workforce is seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a Gig Harbor Accounting firm specializing in providing exceptional full-spectrum services to individuals and companies throughout the Puget Sound area. As one of the most trusted and respected firms, they take pride in maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism while bringing fun to numbers.

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper you will be responsible for managing the full cycle accounting for clients using excellent project management skills, an eye for detail, and a penchant for accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and proficiency with QuickBooks online and desktop.

What you will do as a Full Charge Bookkeeper:

  • Process accounts payables and receivables
  • Prepare bank statements
  • Process payroll
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Maintain general ledgers

What we are looking for:

  • A Certification or Associate's Degree in Bookkeeping or Accounting
  • 3 years' relevant experience working as a full charge bookkeeper
  • Advanced QuickBooks Online and Desktop user
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
