Hotel Manager
Job Description
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, as Hotel Manager you will coordinate, direct, and lead staff members to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met. With a focus on striving for optimum performance and continual improvement in Key Performance Indicators, the ideal candidate will be a team player and an effective leader.
Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Overtime and weekends as needed
- Oversee routine operations, including front desk, housekeeping, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the physical facilities
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information, and monitor sales and profits
- Address guest complaints and concerns, monitoring guest feedback and implementing changes to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory to meet financial goals and provide leadership to hotel staff members when required
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a hotel manager, hotel operations manager, or a similar role
- Experience with Extended Stay is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff members and vendors
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving, understanding, and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- A keen eye for detail to monitor all aspects of the hotel's operations, from housekeeping to food & beverage services
- Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software
