West Sound Workforce is assisting a well-established HVAC company in its search for a Lead Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team. With more than 30 years of serving homeowners and businesses throughout Kitsap County, this locally owned company has earned a reputation for dependable service and quality workmanship, combining decades of industry experience with a forward-looking approach to business operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Lead Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience from initial contact through service completion. Serving as the primary connection between customers and field technicians, this role ensures clear communication, coordinated service delivery, and a consistently high level of customer care. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and energized by creating positive customer experiences while keeping operations running efficiently.

Shift information:
  • Monday – Friday 7 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Onsite
What you will do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and communication
  • Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch to support efficient daily operations
  • Manage customer records, maintenance agreements, and service documentation
  • Support office operations through sales coordination, payment follow-up, and process improvement
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team while fostering a positive customer experience
What we are looking for:
  • 3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or office operations
  • Previous experience in the residential HVAC or home-service industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using CRM or dispatch software
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, technology confident, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
