Production Workers
Job Description
As a Production Associate, you’ll have the chance to work in a variety of areas, measuring raw ingredients, operating equipment, or labeling and packaging finished products. The work is hands-on and detail-oriented, so success comes from having solid basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and a focus on consistency and accuracy. If you like problem-solving, staying busy, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.

Shift information:
- Full time, Monday-Friday
- Day and swing shifts
- Solid Dose Packagers and Fillers: $18-$19/hr
Loads and unloads machines, cleans equipment, completes paperwork as required - Manufacturing Packagers: $18-$19/hr
Operate packaging equipment, label containers and products, and maintain equipment cleanliness - Weighers: $19-$20/hr
Sort and measure ingredients, pour and add them to scales, record weights, label containers, and maintain production logs - Blenders: $20-$21/hr
Sort, pour, and screen ingredients, add them to scales and blenders, label containers, complete production logs, and clean equipment
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus
- Comfort with, or experience operating, machinery
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role

Additional Information
