Maintenance Assistant
Job Description
As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll help ensure the facility remains clean, functional, and safe for all who enter. You’ll support day-to-day maintenance needs across the building and grounds, responding to service requests, performing minor repairs, and assisting with general upkeep. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a well-run space.

Shift information:
- Schedules vary; full-time and part-time hours available depending on facility needs
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am–9pm
- Inspect the property and building to identify necessary repairs or updates
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Assist with grounds maintenance tasks
- Assist with painting and hanging drywall as needed
- Keep maintenance logs
- At least 1 year of experience working in a building or facility maintenance role
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and safe work practices
- Comfort performing light repairs, minor painting, or basic plumbing tasks
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Additional Information
