Office Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Clinic Director, the Office Manager coordinates front office activity, supports clinicians, and manages core scheduling, documentation, and billing workflows. This role balances independent administrative work with periods of active patient interaction, and is well suited for someone who is organized, steady under shifting demands, and able to maintain a professional, welcoming clinical environment throughout the day.
Shift information
- Full time, 32–36 hours/week
- Monday – Friday starting at 8 am
- Onsite
- Manage front office operations, including phones, patient check in, and daily workflow
- Coordinate schedules and communication across multiple clinicians
- Oversee intake documentation and maintain organized patient records
- Maintain an orderly, well supplied office environment and manage vendor deliveries
- Conduct insurance verification, assist with billing processes, and handle patient payments
- Provide administrative support to clinicians and trainees as needed
- Prior administrative experience in a medical, dental, or behavioral health setting
- Familiarity with insurance verification, billing processes, or EHR systems
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in documentation and scheduling
- Professional communication when working with patients and clinicians
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and maintain steady workflow
- Comfort learning new systems and navigating technology used in a clinical office

Additional Information
