  • Model clinical best practices and offer guidance in critical thinking, direct care, and decision-making
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to ensure consistent, resident-centered care
  • Monitor resident conditions, review documentation, and ensure care plans reflect current needs
  • Lead follow-up on incidents and events, including investigation, documentation, and reporting as needed
  • Support compliance with all internal policies and serve as a key liaison during state surveys and audits
What we are looking for:

  • Minimum five years of adult or geriatric nursing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Excellent communication skills; clear, professional verbal and written instructions and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain composure under pressure, and adapt to changing demands with diplomacy and tact
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and comfortable working with multiple software platforms and medical devices
Benefits offered:
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual plus Washington State Paid Sick Leave
  • 403(b) retirement savings plan
  • 40% discount on childcare services while employed
