Multisite Property Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial oversight of both properties. Shift information:
- Full time, Tuesday - Saturday
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations
- Ensure both properties maintain high occupancy rates and a positive living environment
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
- Monitor budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts to ensure financial performance aligns with company goals
- Enforce lease terms, community policies, and compliance with housing regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and stakeholders
- 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with multifamily properties
- Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, and financial management
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Café, AppFolio) is a plus
- Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and landlord-tenant regulations
