Job Description
West Sound Workforce is assisting the Port of Seattle, leaders in moving people and cargo around the world in seeking a personable individual with customer service experience to fulfill a temporary Office Assistant I position located at their Pier 69 headquarters.

This temporary position will support reception and mail room operations by responding to inquiries, answering phone calls, and issuing visitor credentials.

What this temporary Office Assistant I position will do:
- Greet and welcome customers in person and via phone
- Answer and route telephone calls
- Issue visitor badges and parking validations
- Perform data entry and scheduling tasks within databases
- Help customers with complaints and questions
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience within a front office or reception capacity preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and databases
