Office Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Owner, the Office Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions that keep the office running smoothly. This role supports both business operations and staff needs, requiring strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment. The ideal candidate brings consistent follow-through, clear communication, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to office operations. Shift information:
- Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm
- Onsite
- Coordinate onboarding activities and provide general HR administrative support for a small team
- Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate personnel records
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing and tracking invoices
- Maintain organized office systems and records; assist appraisers with report preparation and related administrative tasks
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal questions and day-to-day workflow coordination
- Prior office manager or administrative experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a small team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable learning and using office systems and technology
- Familiarity with real estate appraisal, property management, or related industry experience is helpful but not required
