Are you a well-rounded Project Management professional?
West Sound Workforce is assisting a custom retail cabinetry manufacturer in sourcing an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join their award-winning team.
Specializing in creating unique turnkey designs and engineering high-end counters for upscale retailers throughout the United States and Canada, this well-established, Poulsbo based producer takes great pride in their quality and craftsmanship.
This position will be responsible for overall project management including planning, budgeting, scheduling, as well as engaging with prospective customers and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage multiple priorities, has impeccable communication skills, and is a focused team player.
What you will do as a Project Manager/Estimator:
- Prepare estimates and bid on new contracts
- Coordinate submittals
- Manage project budgets and change orders
- Manage schedules and oversee subcontractors
- Prepare As-Built drawings and close out documents
What we are looking for:
- Previous project management experience
- General estimating experience (retail fixtures, millwork, and casework is a plus)
- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office, estimating software, reports, and analysis
- Experience with AutoCAD or CAD is a plus
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
