Receptionist
Job Description
In addition to acting as the first point of contact to clients and guests, this position will encompass a blend of clerical and administrative support duties. Offering professional growth opportunities, this organization is seeking individuals with impeccable time management and organizational skills, as well as an interest in the accounting field.
What you will do as the Receptionist:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Handle information queries via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, etc.
- Minimum 1 year of front office experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Teams, and Adobe
- Knowledge of how to operate standard office equipment, i.e. copier, scanner, fax, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
