Receptionist/Office Assistant
Job Description
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist/Office Assistant will be the friendly face of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. If you’re a reliable multitasker who enjoys keeping things organized, working efficiently, and helping customers feel welcome, we’d love to connect with you!
Shift information:
- Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries; answering phones, responding to emails, and providing friendly, professional assistance
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain organized filing systems and update documents
- Perform basic cleaning and tidying of the front office area
- Support daily clerical operations as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Information
