Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in shaping and developing the future workforce. This includes building strategic partnerships, designing impactful recruitment campaigns, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What you will do as Human Resource Business Partner:
- Develop and manage engaging recruitment campaigns to attract top candidates, including job fairs, career events, and job postings across various platforms
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, from scheduling interviews to answering inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Build relationships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and community partners to promote careers in the trades and strengthen the talent pipeline
- Support curriculum development and partner with internal and external experts to create targeted training programs that align with company needs
- Oversee HR-facing marketing materials, ensuring brand alignment across printed materials, digital content, and event displays to maximize visibility
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4 years)
- At least 2 years of full-time recruiting or workforce development experience, ideally within manufacturing or a related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling recruitment messaging
- Knowledge of EEO and AAP requirements as they apply to recruitment and workforce development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP is a plus
