Shift information:
- Full-time
- Hire, train, and support employees while fostering a strong, customer-focused culture
- Maintain welcoming locations, address customer concerns, and implement service improvements
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue, customer retention, and market presence
- Monitor performance metrics, streamline processes, and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and profitability to maximize business success
- Maintain efficient operations by managing vendor relationships and property upkeep
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of multi-location operations experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries
- Proven leadership experience, including hiring, training, and managing teams across multiple locations
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in budgeting, sales, and operational strategy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with POS systems
