Sales Associate

Reporting to the store manager, Retail Sales Associates play a vital role in creating an engaging, informative, and welcoming customer experience. Shift information:
- Full and part time shifts available
- Retail hours, opening and closing shifts
- Greet customers warmly and help identify their needs
- Share product knowledge, offer recommendations, and upselling when appropriate
- Support store presentations including stocking, displays, and seasonal setups
- Assist with store events, cooking demonstrations, and classes
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or sales experience, including POS and cash handling
- Friendly, personable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to cross-sell and recommend complementary products
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Additional Information
