Job Description

West Sound Workforce is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join a prominent Puget Sound property management group. This position will play a key role on the sales team of a busy, mid-sized Extended Stay property located in the heart of downtown Bremerton. As a leading firm with over 800 properties in development and construction, this organization strives to create a lasting footprint that will stand the test of time and improve the quality of life for everyone.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new group sales clients to partner with. With a focus on building community and enhancing the social value of offerings for clients and tenants, you will connect with customers through a variety of sales channels including email, in-person, events, and presentations. Shift Information:
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Overtime and weekends as needed
What you will do as Sales Manager:
  • Solicit, negotiate, and generate contracted revenues from assigned prospect groups
  • Prepare and present creative and value-added Requests for Proposals
  • Plan and coordinate events to attract potential clients and generate leads
  • Develop, implement, and constantly modify sales plans
  • Manage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date contact management system through CRM
What we are looking for:
  • Post secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience; hotel or similar industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in marketing, public relations and/or sales
  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
