Sales Manager
Job Description
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new group sales clients to partner with. With a focus on building community and enhancing the social value of offerings for clients and tenants, you will connect with customers through a variety of sales channels including email, in-person, events, and presentations. Come be a part of a team providing the ultimate, “home away from home.”
Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Overtime and weekends as needed
- Solicit, negotiate, and generate contracted revenues from assigned prospect groups
- Prepare and present creative and value-added Requests for Proposals
- Plan and coordinate events to attract potential clients and generate leads
- Develop, implement, and constantly modify sales plans
- Manage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date contact management system through CRM
- Post secondary education preferred
- Minimum 1 year sales experience; hotel or similar industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in marketing, public relations and/or sales
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
