Senior Bookkeeper
Job Description

Reporting to the leadership team, the Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing all day-to-day accounting operations, including full-cycle payroll, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and clerical support. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for detail, a steady hand for organization, and a warm professionalism that aligns with this team’s customer-first approach.
Shift information:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing, reporting, and compliance
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Maintain general ledger entries and perform monthly reconciliations
- Enter new jobs into the system and support job costing activities
- Prepare financial reports and provide clerical accounting support as needed
- 8–10 years of professional bookkeeping experience, including full-charge responsibilities
- Proficiency in payroll, AP/AR, GL, and standard financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience in a construction or job-costing environment is a plus
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
