West Sound Workforce is hiring temporary laborers across Kitsap and Pierce Counties to support a variety of construction projects, including new builds, remodels, site maintenance, and trades support work. Opportunities are available for both experienced workers and those looking to gain entry-level hands-on experience.
These flexible assignments offer the opportunity to work alongside skilled trades professionals while gaining exposure to different phases of construction. Work varies by project, giving you the chance to build experience in a range of jobsite environments while staying active and engaged.
