We're seeking Toll Collectors for all shifts at the Tacoma Narrows Toll Plaza. Weekend and holiday availability is required!

The Toll Collector is responsible for collecting, recording, reporting, and depositing toll revenue for their station, so excellent cash handling skills are a must! You will interact with thousands of travelers per day and should be able to deliver the same level of excellent customer service to each one.

This position requires the employee to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per State of Washington mandate (Proclamation 21-14.1). Requests for exemptions under the mandate will be considered.

The Toll Collector job might be a fit for you if you have:

  • Previous experience in retail or as a teller - preferred, but not required!
  • Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail
  • Experience providing face-to-face customer service
  • A positive, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
